The easiest way to start the claims process is to use the ShipTection Chat Bot in the lower right hand corner of the page.  Our team will file claims with InsureShip on your behalf. Claims can also be filed by emailing or directly with InsureShip at Claims Portal.

Here's what we'd recommend you have when you file a claim:


  • Brief statement about what happened

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Shipping box w/packaging material used inside

  • Invoice/Receipt


  • Brief statement about what happened

  • Carrier tracking number

  • Invoice/Receipt


  • Brief statement about what happened

  • Invoice

Please note that for lost and stolen packages, customers may be asked to wait 14 days for domestic and 30 days for international orders to file a claim
