You can file a claim in one of three ways:

• Use the ShipTection chatbot on our website

• Submit through our insurance partner’s portal at InsureShip.com

Affidavit (statement about what happened) Damaged: photos of the item and packaging, order invoice, and a customer statement

You have up to 90 days from the shipment date to file a claim.

• For lost/stolen packages: wait 14 days (domestic) or 30 days (international) before filing.

• For damaged packages: you can file immediately, but concealed damage must be reported within 14 business days.

Most claims are reviewed and resolved within 24 hours.

You can choose either a refund or a replacement once your claim is approved.
